FITS is looking for experienced Business Analysts with financial industry experience
Client firm will be implementing SunGard Martini and re-engineering current business practices to take advantage of the system's features. Analyst will play a key role in defining user requirements and interfacing with IT implementation team and operations group ensuring a smooth transition.

Business Analyst Candidate requirements:
* 6+ years of business experience in one or more of the following industries, (brokerage, investment banking, institutional financial services)
* Experience in mortgage banking (processing, regulatory reporting, accounting, servicing, securitization, etc.) a major plus
* Prior business re-engineering or system implementation experience which should include: (business process review, requirements gathering, gap analysis, spec definition, defining test criteria, UAT, project tracking & reporting)
* Excellent communications (both written and verbal), documentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work effectively with business and IT groups across multiple locations
* Experience initiating, conducting and documenting project status and business review meetings/conference
* Experience in Microsoft Office Tools, especially PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Access and Visio
