Successful NYC start up (already profitable) is looking for a well rounded Senior Lead Developer with strong architecture/design/development skills.

You will be a key player in the design and development of new software, as well as the improvement and enhancement of existing. This requires a broad range of skills from architect to developer, and a deep understanding of how to build robust software from the ground up. Must understand the full life cycle of front to back end development and deployment.

This role requires a deep knowledge of core Java, design patterns, open source tools, J2EE, RDBMS. This position is responsible for creating and ensuring the execution of a priority driven IT strategy for the global Rates and Credit businesses (including US Mortgages). This role functions as a liaison for the business, working along side the IT functional heads and business support team to drive IT priorities (short term and strategic) are met across IT functions (pricing, risk, ecomm, etc).
