Business Manager/Executive Administrator (NEW YORK)

Seeking an Assistant with Accounting Experience for Agriculture Products Company CEO

-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE-
Business Manager/Executive Administrator
Summary:
Join a growing Agriculture company that is moving to NEW YORK. We are an exciting, fast paced and high-energy company that is reorganizing. President/CEO needs a superior individual with excellent organizational skills and a knack for getting things done and knowing what is needed before it is needed. Prior experience is a must.

Qualifications:
Office Setup, Manage office operations, schedule appointments/phone calls, handle light bookkeeping, light filing, organize and attend promotional events. Generally be an integral part of the company functions. Minimal business travel on occasion may be required.

Extremely Organized, Task Driven List Maker, Self Starter, Proactive (thinking ahead), Good Communication Skills, Complete Follow Through, Asks The Right Questions To Solve Problems, Works Efficiently Without Supervision, Resourceful And Assertive, Good Common Sense, Attention To Detail, Responsible And Trustworthy, Good Phone Demeanor, Multi-Task Abilities

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Business acumen or course work preferred.and some college

Daily Tasks:
Answer Phones, Schedule Appointments, Maintain Executive Schedule, Manage Vendors and Vendor Accounts, Process Business Checks, Process Invoices, Maintain Books (if qualified), Organize Office, Occasional Travel May Be Required

Language Skills:
Must speak English exceptionally well. Spanish or other languages are a small plus but not required.

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel are mandatory. Quick Books Pro is a plus.

Hours:
Flexible - 3 to 8 hours per day moving to full time as work demands increase.
Weekends on a rare occasion.
