* Being available for our customers when needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays

* Serving and selling to customers, sometimes to more than one at a time

Your training includes:
* New Employee Orientation will introduce you to RadioShack
* Ongoing training sessions will help you learn more about our products, promotions and incentive contests
* Your Store Manager will help you develop these skills through a self-paced learning program: basic retail selling, customer service, product knowledge and store operations
