Internship -Architecture/Construction Mgmt firm specializing in Owner's Representation seeking (2) interns for construction management, budgeting and construction defects investigations (high-end residential/commercial construction in NYC and East End Long Island Homes). Excellent opportunity to learn from veteran design and construction professionals in NYC!!!

We are preferably seeking a recent graduate with an Architecture degree (or currently studying) for various office tasks, such as: researching materials and developing a database, preliminary scheduling (CPM), construction estimating, interior design, construction site visits, some documentation and computer drawings; AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (Scheduling), PowerPoint, etc. We will train the right 2 interns, and these interns will have the chance of becoming an Associate Project Manager (salary position).
