Mortgage Processor (Richmond Hill Queens NY)

SHOULD BE LEGALLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN US

Richmond Hill Mortgage Company seeking a Senior Mortgage Processor. Minimum of
3-5 years verifiable experience in Prime, FHA, Loan Modification and Short Sale
Ability to assemble and process mortgage files from original application
through closing. Submit files for underwriting. Obtain Loan Commitments.
Clear conditions. Review Title and schedule closing.
Ability to negotiate with banks for Loan modification as well as for Short Sale.
Ability to navigate through various bank programs & Operating systems.
Knowledge of Calyx Point and SX3 is a plus

Work directly with Clients, Investors, Attorneys and Title Companies
to get needed information and documents to process files.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. Leadership/Supervisory exp. a plus.
