Catapult has an expansion program in place for NYC and this is a unique opportunity to be part of something fabulous! We are looking for program supervisors to manage Catapult’s instructional program to insure adherence to educational standards. The Supervisor hires, trains, and oversees the performance of teachers, assists with testing students, and oversees the conferencing of students, principals, classroom teachers and parents. In addition, the Supervisor works closely with the Education Quality Department to ensure the implementation of quality instruction. Customer satisfaction (principals, students, parents) is critical for reaching Catapult’s goals and objectives and the Supervisor must manage to that end.

Currently, we have 2-3 full-time positions available for our non-public NYC school program. Along with local travel, responsibilities include training and supervising teachers, class schedules, customer rapport, instructional materials inventory control, weekly communication with principal and classroom teachers, adherence to Catapult’s educational policies, teacher/student attendance, & submission of monthly reports.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate. At least five years related supervisory and/or experience in education. Must be able to teach all basic skills or other related areas and interact with students and administrators.
