Job Description
Lead part of the NY region’s account management team. Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Regional Director of Sales, Account Management and Regional Sales Director. Proactively deliver guidance to team on client and escalations related to performance and process issues internally and externally. Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a key contributor to one of the world’s top online ad sales teams.
II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Associate Account Managers (Sales Associates) while leading them in account and career development
2. Load balance resources among Account Managers and AAMs and self to ensure proper pre- and post-close sales coverage within each regional team’s accounts
