Job Requirements
Competencies/Experience Required:
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee a number of projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally.
• Advanced IT skills, including Word, Power Point, Faro, Khalix and basic Excel – MS Access skills a plus.
• Financial acumen to track and monitor expenses
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - the ability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or familiarity with MetLife’s businesses and products, a plus
• International work experience a plus; Multiple language skills a plus but not required
• MBA or other advanced degree, a plus
• Minimum 5-7 years of related business experience
