Job Description

Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role meeting and exceeding those expectations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will process all teller transactions such as depoists, withdrawals, cash checks, remittances and wire transfers, filing and duties assigned by management while providing excellent customer service.
Skills/Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma required; 1 year of teller experience in a commercial bank preferred; Capable of cross selling of bank products and services; Bilingual skills (Mandarin, Cantonese) required; Must be proactive and motivated with a high customer service orientation and a solutions-oriented approach; Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner; Must be able to work weekend and overtime.
